In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (RF), citizens with a disability group have the right to complete exemption from paying property tax.
Citizens with disability group 3 are not included in the number of beneficiaries, except in cases where they have been disabled since childhood. It is worth considering that disabled people who have received this status in Russia or another state, including CIS countries, have the right to receive federal benefits for real estate located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
