Issues of placing children in kindergartens are legally regulated by the following legal state acts :
- Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 293 of April 8, 2014;
- Law on Education in the Russian Federation No. 273-FZ (as amended on July 13, 2015).
