If the decision is positive, the applicant will be notified by email and in a message on the State Services portal. You can pick up a copy of the resolution at any MFC branch or print it out from a letter sent by email.
How much will it cost to legalize an unauthorized change in housing configuration?
If the owner has carried out redevelopment without prior approval from local authorities, it will be considered unauthorized.
In this case, the only way out of the situation is to legitimize the changes already made. The procedure for approving the completed redevelopment differs from the generally established procedure, and, therefore, the costs here will have their own characteristics.
