  1. Any violation of the clauses of the agreement between residents and the Criminal Code (Article 162 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation).

How to write an application correctly?

Statements of claims must be made in writing.
The text can be written on a sheet of A4 paper either by hand or typed on a computer. Since the law does not impose mandatory requirements for writing such documents, the application is drawn up in any form.
