The concept of the register of owners of apartment buildings
The register should be understood as documentation reflecting information regarding the owners of premises in the apartment building. The Housing Code of the Russian Federation establishes the formation of the act in question as a condition for the activities of the organization of owners of an apartment building. The initiators of the general meeting can compile this list themselves, or request this document from the management company, residential complex or HOA. All information on the owners can be found by contacting the Rosreestr office in your region. To submit a request to the authority you will need the following documents:

To hold a meeting of homeowners, this act is mandatory. These provisions are provided for in the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. The reason is that without using the register it will not be possible to know who has the right to participate in the meeting.

Time frame for registering owners and cost
If the management company sends a request, then it faces the next task - to notify the applicant in what time frame everything requested will be completed. Typically, refusals to provide information are rare. Rosreestr issues extracts from the Unified State Register to almost everyone who wants them for a small fee (state fee). Individuals are asked to pay three hundred rubles.
If the request is sent by a legal entity, then the state fee will be slightly higher than 600. And this is only for statements issued electronically. If the registration is carried out on paper, then you will have to pay even more - 750 rubles for an individual and 2200 for a legal entity.

Nuances of filling

Information for this is taken from the title certificate (it is worth noting that now the owner is issued extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate instead of certificates), as well as documents establishing the right of ownership of the property (agreement, deed of gift, inheritance, etc.).
Registry price
How much such a service costs is not specified in the provisions of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. The final cost is calculated by the company where the citizen applies to obtain a register of owners of apartment buildings.
The following rules for calculating prices have been established:
- if the house has no more than 50 rooms, then the price is 1000 rubles;
- if there are from 51 to 499 objects - 19 rubles per room;
- when there are more than 500 premises - 17 rubles for each.
This cost is approximate, as it varies depending on which organization the citizen applies to.
Where to get it
Not everyone living in the house knows where, if necessary, they can obtain the much-needed register of owners. Registry application process
A citizen has the right to submit an application for a register of owners of apartment buildings using the online mode or personal application to the selected organization.
