Every resident of the Russian Federation needs to receive a new passport at least three times after he turns 14, 20 and 45 years old. Marriage, loss or theft of this important document will also require urgent replacement within a period controlled by current legislation. Replacement after reaching a certain age point

Every person living in the Russian Federation must change their passport after they turn 20 and 45 years old. This must be done no later than 30 days from the date of birth, so as not to exceed the time frame established by law.
