Who supports the regional operator and from what means? Don't the funds collected by the owners for the overhaul of the house go towards the salaries of the employees of the Overhaul Fund?
In accordance with Part 3 of Art. 179 of the Code, funds received by the regional operator from the owners of premises in apartment buildings, forming capital repair funds on the account of the regional operator, can only be used to finance the costs of major repairs of common property in these apartment buildings.
