Reasons for shutdown

The supplier has the right to terminate the performance of its obligations under the provisions of clause 23 of Government Decree No. 49, adopted on July 27, 2008. It is used when a debt arises, but is restored after full repayment of the entire unpaid amount.

The obligation is considered unfulfilled if there are no payments within two months after the official payment date. For example, if it is set for August 10 and funds are not deposited on September 10 and October, already on October 11 the gas burner will refuse to work.

A shutdown recognized as being carried out in violation means an immediate return of the supply.

Just pay the debt after disconnecting. The service provider will return the supply only after receiving a written notification from the citizen who is in debt for various reasons.

Recovery procedure

Gas will return to the residential premises within five days from the date of repayment of not just all outstanding debts. You will need to pay for the services of the gas company to disconnect the service and restore the ability to use it.

When the supply stops, a seal is placed. It will only be charged once the required payment has been made.

Unauthorized connection to networks entails liability under Article 7.19 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The punishment for a citizen is a fine of 10-15 thousand rubles.

FTS Order No. 101 states that when carrying out work, a fee is charged separately for gas supply to the boundaries of a private land plot, and documents are prepared separately and communications are installed inside the yard itself. When can connection be denied?

The reason for disconnection is always the fault of the subscriber. The most common reason is the inability to repay the debt in full. This is stipulated in paragraph 23 of the Government Decree.

In some cases, a more complex problem may arise. It occurs when all financial obligations have been fulfilled and gas continues to not flow into the property.
