New in the work of the MFC
From July 1, 2021, with the exception of certain provisions, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 25, 2021 No. 1818 comes into force, which regulates certain issues related to electronic duplicates of documents and information. Namely:
- their referral to the federal executive authorities, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Social Insurance Fund, the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, regional executive authorities, local government bodies providing state and/or municipal services;
- referral to citizens;
- rules for storage ( indefinitely at State Services) and use of electronic duplicates of documents and information.
Electronic duplicates of documents and information required by the applicant are certified by the MFC with an enhanced qualified electronic signature of its authorized official.
