Why was it created?

The MFC was developed and created by the authorities for the following purposes:

  1. Reducing costs when solving administrative issues.
  2. Increasing processing speed while simplifying the way you receive government services.
  3. Improving quality and accessibility.
  4. Increasing the efficiency of officials.

The government apparatus was able to achieve the above goals. The result of this was the active use of the services of the multifunctional center, which made it possible to simplify a large list of bureaucratic issues. In turn, this helped reduce the workload of a number of government employees by reducing the impressive number of hours spent receiving citizens.

Extrajudicial and judicial bankruptcy: what to choose?

The question is relevant, since most people do not comply with the requirements of the out-of-court procedure. A common problem is that enforcement proceedings have been opened, and it is impossible to close them under the required article. Judicial bankruptcy is preferable for debtors.

Who will have their debts written off through extrajudicial bankruptcy of individuals?

The advantages include the following factors:

  1. All debts that are written off will be paid off, including those that you forgot to indicate in the application for recognition of insolvency.
  2. Enforcement proceedings are suspended from the moment the sale of property begins. That is, all previously adopted bans on traveling abroad, blocking and arrest orders are lifted. They will stop debiting money from your cards.
  3. You will be able to write off large amounts. In an out-of-court procedure, the limit ends at 500 thousand rubles. In a judicial procedure, it is possible to write off millions of rubles.

If you do not fit the extrajudicial criteria, there is no question of choice. When the amount of debts exceeds 500 thousand rubles, and the delays on them last 90 days or longer, it is necessary to prepare an application and apply to the arbitration court.

How do you know which MFC you should contact?

The legislation allows a citizen to apply to any MFC, regardless of his place of residence and registration. However, some services are obtained exclusively at the place of registration, since they are assigned by the local government authority. These include relaxations and benefits.

If a citizen decides to visit a multifunctional center not at his place of registration, then it would be more rational to make an appointment . You can do this in the following ways:

  • fill out the appropriate form on the website;
  • through the operator by contact number;
  • through a terminal located in the organization itself.
