What documents are needed to obtain a mortgage?

    Insurance

    To take out a mortgage in Otkritie, you will definitely need to insure at least the real estate itself - the collateral. The borrower can voluntarily apply for:

    • personal (life + ability to work) – recommended by Opening when paying off any mortgage;
