- Verification failed. If there is an error or inaccurate data in the submitted application, the registrar does not begin processing. In this case, the application receives the status “Verification failed”. To prevent the situation from happening again, double-check all documents again.
Important! If you see “Verification failed” 4 days after the application is sent for verification, then you will have to go to Rosreestr or the MFC. If the status “In progress” first appears, and then “Verification failed,” you do not need to do anything.
If you checked the application for the first time and immediately received a response in the form of “Verification failed,” contact a Rosreestr specialist. If this is not done, you will not be able to find out at what stage the documents are at. The call is available via the hotline.
