    The legislative framework

    The list of documents depends on the type of object. For a secondary fund, you need technical inventory documents and confirmation of ownership (extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate or otherwise). To purchase an object in a new building or at the construction stage you will need:

    • technical inventory documents;
    • equity participation agreement;
    • act of acceptance of the transfer of an object.

    The plaintiff is the owner, and the defendant is the government agency that conducted the assessment.

    Filing a claim

    First you need to try to resolve the conflict out of court.

    Therefore, you first need to submit an application to revise the cadastral value of the apartment.

    It must indicate the reason:

    • false information;
    • discrepancy between market and cadastral values.

    There is no unified form of statement of claim to the arbitration court established anywhere.

    But in Art. 125 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation indicates what information should be in it:
