Who is entitled to benefits in the form of 50% compensation:

  • elderly people over 70 years of age living alone or with retired relatives;
  • disabled people of groups I and II;
  • families raising disabled children.

Thus, on the basis of Federal Law 271 on capital repairs, owners of apartments in multi-apartment buildings independently finance the major repairs of their home.
