The representative submits the application, power of attorney and passport of the applicant.
If the applicant is in another city and cannot meet with the selected representative, then he receives a power of attorney in his city and sends it along with his passport and application by postal mail.
After deregistration, the representative also sends a stamped passport and a departure sheet in the form of a valuable letter.
When a citizen is outside Russia, he performs the same actions. In this case, the power of attorney is certified by the Russian embassy, which has the right to perform certain notarial actions.
Automatic checkout
In this method, extract and registration are combined - the citizen is re-registered by one authority of the Department of Migration. The applicant moves to a new place of residence and submits two requests to the territorial passport office - about deregistration at the previous address and registration at the new one. The department carries out both operations.
Documents for submission:
