Why is it necessary?

The receipt for payment of housing and communal services contains information about the management company and its bank details. Receipts are drawn up on the basis of Order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia No. 924/pr (dated December 29, 2014). They are advisory in nature, so there is no single form. VDGO

Then he can challenge its inclusion in the payment order. However, if in fact the service is provided to him (for example, he was against the intercom, but installed a handset in the apartment), he will not be able to protest the charge.

It is also not recommended to refuse to pay amounts with which the owner does not agree. Otherwise, penalties will be charged on them, and the debt will only accumulate. First of all, you need to get them canceled, and only then challenge the costs incurred.

The law does not require leaving receipts after payment and does not contain recommendations on this matter. However, you shouldn't throw them away right away.
