Filling procedure

The procedure for filling out extracts from the Unified State Register is determined at the legislative level. It is given in Appendix No. 6 to Order No. 975 of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, approved on December 25, 2015. In March 2021, some changes were made to this document.

Appendix No. 6 provides information regarding the requirements for the document format and the composition of the information contained. The paper version of extracts from the Unified State Register can be prepared manually, using technical means, or a combined method.

All entries are made in Russian. Numbers should be written in Arabic numerals. Dates are indicated in the following sequence: day, month, year. You can write them digitally or verbally-digitally.

Text data must be entered carefully, in legible handwriting, using a blue pen. Typos and strikethroughs are not allowed. The information in the extract must fully comply with the information contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

After registration, the certificate is certified by the signature of an authorized official and the seal of this body. If an electronic version is provided, it is certified by an electronic signature. The sheets are numbered consecutively in the upper right corner.

How much does an extract from the Unified State Register cost?

The specific cost of the certificate will depend on who submits the application: an individual or a legal entity. For the former, the amount of state duty is set at a lower level.
