How does it work with a therapist?
Let's imagine that you wanted to try CBT on yourself. How will it look like? First, you will search and choose a therapist (a separate and rather voluminous topic), then enter into a therapeutic contract with him and, possibly, a contract for change, after which, in fact, the main work will begin.
Beck himself wrote that the therapist must teach the client to solve the following problems [9]:
1) monitor your negative automatic thoughts (ideas); 2) recognize the relationships between one’s own thoughts, emotions and behavior; 3) analyze facts that confirm or refute his ideas; 4) develop more realistic assessments and ideas; 5) identify and modify dysfunctional beliefs that predispose him to distortion of experience.
First, the client will be told about cognitions, after which some time will be spent practicing tracking them and determining their impact on the emotional background and behavior.
Then the most interesting part will begin - assessing the adequacy of cognitions and what in CBT is called “dispute” - challenging inadequate and destructive automatic thoughts.
This can be done in different ways: submit proof for scientific research, find logical contradictions in the client’s conclusions, conduct an experiment. Experiment
, in the author's opinion, is the most powerful technique. So, for example, if a person is afraid to defend his rights and even simply express his opinion in a group, believing that everyone will immediately turn away from him, then the opposite behavior can be proposed as an experimental one.
Often, the results of the experiment differ so much for the better from the client’s expectations that the latter accepts the experimental model of behavior as the main one. For example, one girl who was afraid to defend her opinion not only did not lose her position in the team, but was also able to win a higher position in the informal hierarchy, significantly reducing the background level of frustration.
What does a debate without experiment look like? Let me give you an example from my own therapy:
Here I could not cope without pharmacotherapy, but it was still an important step towards recovery.
The second situation, not complicated by pharmacology, is for analysis:
Actually, the reader will have to compile such (or similar) tablets if he decides to work in line with CBT.
It is believed[9] that in the process the brain is, as it were, trained, and over time, inadequate and destructive automatic thoughts will be replaced by more adequate and constructive ones. Clinical evidence of the effectiveness of this technique is given above.
Of course, CBT is not limited to the elementary techniques presented here - it also includes identifying and working through deep-seated destructive attitudes, working with aggression management, and much more, but we will consider all this in the following articles, if the topic itself turns out to be interesting to the community.

Forms in which the document is presented
All forms are approved by law; today there are five parts from KPT.1 to KPT.5. Each of them carries a variety of information and data:
KPT-1.1. It contains the cadastral number and information about the area of the block. The form contains information about the composition of the document (file names or number of sheets). It all depends on the type of media. This section additionally contains general information about the land plots that belong to this quarter: address, area size, cadastral number, type and category of permitted land use. There is data on the cadastral value of the property.
KPT-1.2. It contains information about capital construction projects. The list contains data on unfinished buildings that belong to this territory. There is information about each object - type, addresses, cadastral numbers, key characteristics, their significance for OKS and units of measurement.
KPT-2.1. This section contains a graphical view of the landfill, OKS, and unfinished construction objects. The basis for the plan is data from the Unified State Register of Real Estate on the boundaries of land plots. Capital construction objects are shown based on the coordinates of their contours. To correctly identify individual points, a cadastral number is used. It is less common to use a number within a given quarter. The use of the serial number under which the object is designated in section KPT-1.1 is not considered an error or violation.
KPT-2.2. It is customary to fill it out if the boundaries of settlements or municipalities run through the cadastral blocks. All information is taken from the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
KPT-2.3. In this section, it is customary to display areas with non-standard conditions of use. Boundaries are displayed based on coordinate information contained in the cadastre.
KPT-2.4. This is a plan of the territorial zones that exist within our quarter.
KPT-3.1. It contains descriptions of the boundaries of land plots with exact coordinates. Indications are usually rounded to the nearest centimeter. If the key points of the boundaries are fixed by boundary signs, then the subsection is included in the attached description and the mean square error (this is the accuracy of the location of the boundary signs).
KPT-3.2. Describes the boundaries of capital construction projects, including unfinished buildings and structures.
KPT-4. The section contains general information and the location of the boundaries of land management objects. When describing general information, the name and type of the object are listed, and the unit of the cadastral object must be indicated. This contains data on the decisions on the basis of which the installation was carried out or the boundaries of the object were changed. For areas with non-standard conditions of use, it is customary to indicate these limiting factors.
KPT-5. Here there is data about the reference boundary network, the number, type, class of compulsory medical insurance points are indicated, coordinate points (Y and X) are indicated.
There is no perfect CBT. Many of them do not contain all sections. Everything starts from what the given CBT site is needed for. If the plan is required in order to obtain information about the reference surveying of the network, then two subsections will be included in it - KPT-5 and KPT-1. The preparation of documentation follows the same rules as the preparation of a cadastral passport of the territory. It is customary to certify any plan in electronic form with a virtual digital signature.

Unlike the paper version of the CPT, the electronic version is certified by the registrar’s electronic digital signature (EDS), confirming its authenticity. The digital signature can be identified by the bank, court or other institution that requested the extract. Both in paper and electronic form, the CPT has the same legal force.
The electronic version is in .xml or .html format and opens in all browsers; it can also be downloaded to any medium (flash drive, disk) or printed. Moreover, when opening xml. document cadastral plans can be scaled. In printed form, the document will look like lines and inscriptions superimposed on one another, which will be almost impossible to understand.
